Lesson 2 of 5 · Touch-up editor · 7 min

Touch up the edges by hand

Hair, glass and similar colours can confuse any remover. The touch-up editor lets you fix it with a brush, like a mask in a photo editor.

Steps

  1. Tap ✎ Edit on the finished photo.
  2. Choose Show → Red overlay: everything in red will be removed.
  3. Pick Restore (green) and paint over parts that were removed by mistake.
  4. Pick Erase (red) and paint over background that is still there.
  5. Zoom in with + for fine edges; use Move to drag the picture; Undo if you slip.
  6. Use Edges → Softness and Feather for natural hair edges.
  7. Tap Save, or Download to save the corrected picture.

Your task

Fix one photo where the remover missed something: restore a lost area and erase a leftover piece of background.
